Oh no, it's more than 22ºC in the UK , heat strokes all around, be careful everyone! I'm just kidding, I'm from Spain and we've had this kind of information in school since we were kids cause summer here gets up to 45ºC, sometimes higher. Y'all drink a lot of water, cover your head, if it's too hot throw a lot of water on it, then cover it again; and just avoid the sun when it's up as much as possible. Be sure to share all this info, help those less informed or less prepared, share your water and your spot in the shade, wear lighter colours since they reflect the sun beams more than darker ones; look out for older people who aren't being cautious enough, since they are the ones with the higher risk of a heat stroke, and use your head in general.
I heard "remove clothes". I'm down! xD

Wear black clothes and preach how to avoid heat stroke.
I got heat stroke last summer working outside my house on the weekend, I felt like i was going to pass out from the heat so I hurried into a cold shower where I collapsed in the tub. Prob be dead if i didn't get the water turned on.

I can’t even handle 18 degrees without start sweating. And if it’s up to 32 degrees in the summer, I get a heatstroke and can barely walk and I just breathe heavily
We need to have weather warnings made clearly available for heat waves.
All the non-Brits here not understanding that Brits are not biologically acclimatised to hot weather. Also, it can go up to 36c or more indoors as a lot of buildings are not air conditioned due to the year-round mild temperatures. Extreme weather country is not something to feel national pride about. By the way, this is a BBC channel - this information is directed at Brits.
I live in brisbane Australia where its hot and humid. I feel sick and dizzy when mowing lawns lol

This would've been better to release like, a month ago when summer started.

999 not answering here in Holland, what to do now? It's urgent, someone is having a heat stroke in front of me. *Just joking*
Lol. All the Brits freaking out over 25c. Meanwhile we're averaging 35c here for the high and it isn't uncommon for the heat index to hit 43c mid day.
