Turmeric... Great anti-inflammatory spice. Also don't use regular cinnamon. Use organic ceylon cinnamon. Organic Chia seeds are also great.

What a load of out-dated nonsense. Do not listen to any of this stupidity. If you want to take care of your heart, move around, walk and exercise. Stop eating sugar, that includes bread (all wheat, pasta, pastries, cookies, cakes and processed foods make with wheat and sugar. Eat grass-Fed, pasture-reared meat, butter and raw unpasteurised cheese. Do not eat vegetable oils, they are rancid and cause inflammation. The only oils that you should use are cold-pressed organic oils, organic coconut oil, avocados and nuts. Free-range organic eggs are good for you and of course, pesticide-free, organic vegetables are good for you. Avoid food that comes out of a box or packet; steer clear of fast-food eateries. Make the food yourself, you only need to eat once a day and not that 3-square myth. You are what you eat avoid processed foods and eat food that your Great Grandmother would recognise as food.

The Bonus Drink was a great ending tip. All of it was very healthy and helpful with the exception of the mention of Ginger because Ginger isn't good for the liver.
